We want you to be assured that your purchases with Quad Logic are backed by a fairly no-hassle return policy. Other power sport companies may have a lax “no questions asked” return policy. There is a reason they have this policy. Its because they may not really know there products fit, let alone do testing with them. They put that burden on you and make you do the R&D and testing for them.
Not here at Quad Logic. Everything we sell is tested for fitment and put on one at least one of our many testing machines here at the shop. If a part does not fit or install correctly we want to know because sometimes manufactures throw some curves balls that we can never fully account for. In the rare case we do make a mistake we want to fix it as quickly as possible. For these reasons we ask for more information about your machine and the problem you are having.
With that said we still need a written return policy so here it is:
1.Parts must be in new, resalable condition and will be subject to a small 15% restock fee. (This is to cover the shipping to originally send the part) Return shipping is to be paid by the customer nor will the initial shipping charges be credited if so happened to be charged. Exchanges will not be subject to the restock fee.
2.No returns or exchanges on electrical parts.This is standard industry practice, sorry.
3.Returns must be sent back within 60 days of the original purchase.
Simply give us a call or e-mail ahead of time so we can issue you an RA number before returning.
